The Jammer is one machine that can exercise a huge variety of muscles. Massive compound exercises can be undertaken from feet to shoulders, Great for developing functional and dynamic ability and strength. The machine can be used to mimic similar exercises as squat and Incline chest press while not being as isolated as some exercises also strengthens core muscles. As well as isolated double arm exercises, Single arm motions can also be undertaken allowing for rotation of the torso and exercise/strengthening of the obliques as well as other core stabilisation muscles. As with other Gymwarehouse machines, Plate storage is included Free of Charge.
‘Strike’ plate loading range offers low maintenance extended duty usage. Construction is from 80mm x 40mm x 3mm box section with 2″ spigots for Olympic plate loading.
