Plate Loaded Hack Squat – £1869.95

‘Strike’ plate loading range offers low maintenance extended duty usage. Construction is from 80mm x 40mm x 3mm box section with 2″ spigots for Olympic plate loading.

The Hack squat features adjustable foot plate angle so users may selecte a position which best suits their exercise, (as opposed to that block of wood oftern utilised).  Thick Shoulder pads make the machine comfortable to use even under heavy loads.  The Hack squat also has a start position handle so a user may start the exercise in a semi raised position.  The Handle is conveniently loaded next to the carriage.

Carriage runs on 4 oversized rollers, each with 2 sets of bearings.    Hand grips are provided to hold during the exercise and like most of the Strike range, spigot Olympic storage spigots/yokes are provided as standard free of charge, (we see some of the competition charge extra for these now).

Where possible we keep a small quantity of this range of gym equipment in stock at the Gymwarehouse Warehouse, (black seats on Silver/Grey framework). Other colours/packages are available built to order , (in a colour of your choice). Machines are available to view in our showroom.

The ‘Strike’ range is a perfect choice for those requiring a balance between resistance machines and free weights.

The extreme duty machines are all plate loading and function via fulcrums, bearings and pivots. This results in a range which has no cables and is very low maintenance. For those who are used to training with Lifefitness Hammer Strength this is the range to pick. Several of the heavy duty machines in the range are of ISO design offering independent limb exercise.
