Heavy duty selectorised Shoulder Press Machine.  Our shoulder press machine allows for convenient should training while in a seated and comfortable position. Ergonomic hand grips offer users best exercise position while seat height is adjustable.  Side weight stack location allows for resistance adjustment from seat exercise position.  the standard weight stack on this machine is sufficient for most gyms but we can offer resistance upgrade if required.

Used to exercise the Deltoids (shoulders), Triceps (back of upper arms), Upper Pectorals (chest) and Trapezius muscles (upper back). This is an excellent compound exercise machine.
