The New ‘Strike’ plate loading range offers low maintenance extended duty usage and improved ergonomics and functionality on the previous range.

Construction of the next generation plate loaded Hack Squat is from 100mm x 50mm x rectangular box section steel with 2″ spigots for Olympic plate loading.

Thick Shoulder pads make the machine comfortable to use even under heavy loads and a start position handle is conveniently positioned for safe operation.

Next Generation Strike Hack Squat now features Linear recirculating bearings for smooth operation.

Hand grips still provide convenient hold position during the exercise and like most of the Strike range, spigot Olympic storage spigots/yokes are provided as standard free of charge, (as per our original Strike range).

Where possible we keep a small quantity of this range of gym equipment in stock at the Gymwarehouse Warehouse, (black seats on Silver/Grey framework). Other colours/packages are available built to order , (in a colour of your choice). Some machines models are available to view in our showroom.

The extreme duty machines are all plate loading and function via fulcrums, bearings and pivots. This results in a range which has no cables and is very low maintenance. For those who are used to training with Lifefitness Hammer Strength this is the range to pick. Several of the heavy duty machines in the range are of ISO design offering independent limb exercise.
