Heavy duty Half Rack.  Full commercial Grade Half Rack constructed from 100mm x 50mm x 3mm Steel section

Adjustable Bar rest.catches and safety rails.  Multitude of attachment points and and pull up bars.

This rack is great for gym use and home use alike.  The Rack is heavy construction and also features 6 x Olympic weight storage horns/spigots.

Half Rack will allow a number of exercises, including squats, overhead presses, partial bench press and partial deadlifts. A variety of muscle groups are worked, including Legs, Back, Shoulders & Arms.
