The Zeus Treadmill offers similar superb performance to the Flagship Titan Treadmill but in a condensed chassis/footprint. Utilising the same ‘bulletproof’ AC running gear as the Titan, the Zeus has the practical advantage of reduced size for those gyms requiring efficiency of space. The Zeus also boasts a multitude of functions including Heart Rate Indicator, Direct Speed/Incline input, incline/speed programs and entertainment input. N.B. Generally treadmills have pre-set running speed estimation programmed at the factory. Treadmill belt speed can vary dramatically from true speed, (and on some machines we have checked the values are often wildly different). Some machines are even advertised as having ‘perceived’ or pseudo’ speed. The GTC commercial running machines are set as accurately as possible at the factory to reflect the true speed as experienced by the athlete using the machine. We have been asked about the ability to calibrate treadmills on various occasions. This is usually if the running machine is to be for fitness tests, (i.e.police,fire,military) or top level athletes. We can now offer speed calibration on the GTC commercial machines which we trust will delight our customers. This can be done on an annual basis to maintain conformity for fitness tests. Cost for treadmill calibration depends on location of treadmill.
