Heavy duty, fully adjustable selectorised Cable Cross Over machine. 2 x Weight Stacks provides increased resistance and symmetrical muscle training/development.  Machine comes with 2 Adjustable column cables, adjustment by means of pull adjuster.  2 Sling handles included, other cable attachments available from our cable accessories section.

The Adjustable Cable Crossover is designed to allow the user to work a large number of muscle groups and perform a multitude of different exercises. Muscle groups worked by the machine vary according to exercise performed, but cover both upper and lower body muscle groups.
