This plate can be used with the latest ‘Stock’ resistance machines. The plate is a direct replacement for the std 4.5kg plate and therefore offers a large increase, (plate is wider than std plate).Please check this plate fits prior to ordering as plate dimensions vary according to age/style.

Please check these plates will fit prior to ordering.  Some machines have a narrower carriage which will not accommodate the additional width of the 7.5Kg Plate or may require cover removing.

N.B. please consider a cable upgrade at the same time when increasing stack sizes from standard.
