5kg Plate – £15.75

This plate can be used with the latest ‘Stock’ resistance machines. The plate can be used in conjunction with a longer pin to increase machine loading, (weight number sticker not included).  Please check this plate fits prior to ordering as plate dimensions vary according to age/style.

We also stock 7.5Kg plates which will fit some machines and allow for weight stack upgrades without the need for a longer pin.

N.B. please consider a cable upgrade at the same time when increasing stack sizes from standard.
