These pins are available in different lengths, all the way up to a 20 hole pin.  These are compatible with the latest ‘Stock’ range of machines plates 5Kg, 6Kg, 7.5kg & 10Kg, (if in stock).

Can be used to upgrade load to 200Kg with the use of 10Kg plates.  Please note, if you extend the length of your pin then you will reduce the potential ‘stroke’ of your machine.  please ensure that you will have sufficient movement on your gym resistance machine before fitting.  Alternatively customer can shorten to desired length.
