The Vertical Chest Press is designed to exercise Pectorals (chest muscles), Deltoids (shoulders) and Triceps (back of upper arms). An essential machine if putting together a resistance machine circuit.  The Chest press offers compound exercise for the upper body.  Usual ‘STOCK’ machine refinements such as strong frame, adjustable gas strut seat, roller bearings.  The Chest press also features a leg press start to allow users to get maximum stretch and easily enter the machine seated area.  Weight stack located adjacent to exercise seat allows for quick and convenient adjustment.
