Our New Improved Heavy duty Super Bench – Still Going Strong – Now 2023 Version.

This Bench allows the user to adjust bench incline according to exercise (such as Chest Press, Incline Bench Press, Shoulder Press). Muscle groups worked vary according to exercise, but primarily isolate Pectorals and Triceps/Biceps.  Super Bench allows for separate adjustment of both seat pad and back pad for ultimate comfort.
