‘Strike’ plate loading range offers low maintenance extended duty usage. Construction is from 80mm x 40mm x 3mm box section with 2″ spigots for Olympic plate loading.
So many gyms rely on an Oly Bar and handle shoved in the corner of the room. Not only does this look a mess but also damages walls and creates a Trip hazard. Get your customers a proper dedicated T Bar Row machine. Our plate loading machine is not much bigger than an Oly Bar, looks neat and tidy and gives your customers the exercise equipment they deserve. Not only this but the dedicated machine has several grip positions to allow users to adopt different handle positions and target alternative muscles. One key point on the T Bar row is the length of the swing arm. On inferior cheap machines this is short so as the user movers the arm through its range of motion the angle changes greatly and resistance becomes much less at the top of the motion. The Gymwarehouse Plate Loaded T Bar Row has a long arm producing a more linear resistance curve.
The Gymwarehouse machine has ball bearings for smooth action and low maintenance. Please consider this when purchasing as some inferior products use a bushed joint, (or even bolt in a hole on very poor products). Another design feature of the T Bar row is the loading/rest postion. The Machine has the Arm supported off the ground when stationary, this allows users to conveniently load Olympic plates without lifting the bar. Bar rests on a rubber shock absorber to reduce noise, vibration and damage when in use.
