‘Strike’ plate loading range offers low maintenance extended duty usage. Construction is from 80mm x 40mm x 3mm box section with 2″ spigots for Olympic plate loading.

The ‘Strike’ range is a perfect choice for those requiring a balance between resistance machines and free weights.
The extreme duty machines are all plate loading and function via fulcrums, bearings and pivots. This results in a range which has no cables and is very low maintenance. For those who are used to training with Lifefitness Hammer Strength this is the range to pick. Several of the heavy duty machines in the range are of ISO design offering independent limb exercise.
The Linear Plate Loaded Leg Press is the ideal machine for working the lower body. Also known as 45 degree Leg Press, (although angle is not necessarily 45 degrees). Carriage runs on 4 x Heavy duty rollers and 8 Ball Bearing assemblies. The Carriage is loaded with 2 long yokes on either side of the machine and an additional sentre yoke. The centre yoke is ideal for a set load. I.=..e if you wish the machine always to have a minimum 100Kg load this can be placed on the central location spigot. In some cases gyms have asked us to make this fixed so we can addapt the machine so the centre weight load cannot be removed by regular gym users. Great isea for the hard core bodybuilding gyms. The eg press comes with not 2 but 4 storage positions for olympic plates, (we all know how many we like on a Leg Press). A conveniently places handle to the right of user allows the carriage to start from a central comfortable position rather than forcing users to squeeze into the leg press at the start of the exercise. Latest version also features adjustable safety stop, (not shown on image) which allows user to adjust minimum height carriage may descend to. Hoping to update picture gallery shortly.
